Overview
In the future, our cities will continue to become more culturally diverse. One of the scenarios in which this is evidenced in the workplace is because the majority of migrants are migrant workers. And of all migrant workers worldwide, the largest concentration is in Europe.
After our field research, we realized that whether local or international in the end we are connected by common grounds and similar needs.
In this context, Milan is our first city since it has the highest density of multinational companies but a poor perception when it comes to work-life balance.
